Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 October 2026

These terms govern your use of GSv2.0 — the websites under gsv2.com, your GSv2.0 account, the shop, and the products Kiksi OS, Shiina and Mira. By using any of them you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

Free to win, not pay to win

Every core feature is free. A subscription adds convenience — never an advantage over other players, never a moderation feature a server needs to stay safe, and never something that makes the service worse for people who do not pay.

1. Who We Are

The service is operated by GSv2.0 Studio UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G. — full provider details are in the Imprint, and how we handle your data is in the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your country requires it, and you must keep to Discord's Terms of Service and Discord's Community Guidelines wherever our products run on Discord. By adding a bot to a server you confirm you are allowed to do so.

3. Your Account

One GSv2.0 account gives you every product. Sign-in happens only at gsv2.com; no product asks for your credentials separately, and you should never enter them anywhere else.

Keep your account and the Discord account linked to it secure. Tell us at support@gsv2.com if you think someone else has access.

4. What You May Not Do

You agree not to use the service to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • send or store illegal, harassing, hateful or abusive content, or sexual content involving minors;
  • spam, advertise without booking an advertising slot, or misuse cross-server chat to reach an audience that did not ask for it;
  • work around moderation, filters, rate limits or a ban;
  • exploit bugs, or farm rewards with additional accounts or automation;
  • reverse engineer the service or extract its source;
  • collect other people's personal data without their consent;
  • impersonate anyone; or
  • disrupt the service or the infrastructure behind it.

Breaking these rules can cost you a warning, a feature, access to cross-server chat, or your account. We match the response to what happened, and a permanent ban is for serious or repeated cases.

5. Cross-Server Chat

Cross-server chat relays messages between participating servers. When you write in such a channel, your message, username and avatar become visible to people on other servers and may be translated automatically.

  • Messages pass through automated moderation and may be held, rejected, or lead to a warning or a ban.
  • Links are blocked unless the domain is on our allow list.
  • A ban applies everywhere at once, because the abuse does.
  • Messages are not kept; a message held for review is deleted once it has been reviewed.

6. AI Features

AI replies are there to be useful and entertaining. They are not professional advice — not legal, medical, financial or otherwise — and they can be wrong. Do not rely on them for a decision that matters without checking.

Which providers process the data and where they are based is in the Privacy Policy. Nothing obliges you to use these features: an administrator can switch them off for a whole server, and outside an AI channel no AI runs on your messages.

7. Server Logging

When an administrator enables logging, server events are posted to a channel of their choosing in real time. We keep no archive of them beyond what Discord itself stores. The administrator is responsible for telling their members that logging is on — that duty is theirs, not ours.

8. Bot Listings

Where we host a bot listing, you may only submit a bot you own or are authorised to list, the listing must be accurate, and the bot must comply with Discord's developer policy. We may remove a listing that breaks these rules or misleads users.

9. Coins

Coins are a reward for voting for our products on third-party listing sites. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, cannot be transferred between accounts, and expire with the account.

We may change what Coins earn and what they buy. Manipulating the vote or reward system — additional accounts, automated voting — costs you the Coins and can cost you the account.

10. Subscriptions and Payment

A subscription belongs to you, not to a server: it applies wherever you are present. It runs for the period you bought and does not renew automatically — nothing is charged again unless you buy again. Buying while a subscription is still running extends it.

Current prices are shown in the shop before you confirm. Prices shown are final prices. Under the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG) no value added tax is charged or shown. Payment is handled by our payment providers, who are named in the Privacy Policy; we never receive your card number or wallet credentials.

The contract is concluded when we confirm your purchase and your subscription is activated. A subscription can also be obtained for Coins, without payment.

11. Right of Withdrawal

For consumers in the EU

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded. To withdraw, tell us clearly at support@gsv2.com — a sentence is enough, and sending it before the period ends is enough to keep the deadline. We refund every payment received within 14 days of being told, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you.

Because a subscription is digital content delivered at once, the right of withdrawal ends early once we have started delivering it — but only if you expressly asked us to start immediately and confirmed that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (§ 356 (5) BGB). We ask for both at checkout, and we do not ask for them in a way you might miss.

12. Advertising

Advertising helps fund free use of our services. Website advertising is delivered through Google AdSense on the service pages of gsv2.com, such as the shop, wallet, news and giveaway pages, subject to your privacy choices as described in the Privacy Policy. Our products themselves — Kiksi OS, Shiina and Mira — carry no advertising, on their own addresses or anywhere else. Our company and product landing pages, sign-in and account pages remain free of advertising as well.

13. Availability

We run this service with care, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. Maintenance, failures and changes at Discord or at a provider we depend on can take features offline. We announce planned downtime where we can.

We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue something you have paid for, you get the unused remainder of what you paid back.

14. Our Content and Yours

The service, its code, design and branding belong to us. These terms give you permission to use the service, nothing more.

What you write stays yours. To operate the service we need permission to store, display, relay and translate it — for example to show your message on another server in cross-server chat. That permission is limited to running the service and ends when your content is deleted. We do not use it for anything else.

15. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act, and where we have given a guarantee.

For slight negligence we are liable only where we breach an obligation that is essential to this contract — one you must be able to rely on for the contract to work at all — and then only for the damage typically foreseeable in such a contract. Any further liability is excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country of residence.

16. Ending the Agreement

You can stop at any time: remove the bot from your server, stop using the dashboard, or delete your account from your account page. Deleting your account removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access where you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, where the law requires it, or where we must protect other users. We tell you why, unless telling you would defeat the purpose. If we terminate without such a reason, you get the unused remainder of what you paid back.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms when the service or the law changes. We announce material changes in the product at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the service before it takes effect and get the unused remainder of what you paid back. Changes never apply retroactively.

18. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may always bring a claim before the courts there.

19. Language

We publish these terms in many languages so you can read them in yours. The English version is the binding one: a translation cannot create a promise the English text does not make, and where they differ, English governs.

20. Contact
